How to Initiate a Return
To start a return:

Carefully package and ship the item back to us. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a damaged, incorrect, or defective product.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund:
