Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, please ensure the following conditions are met:

  • Return requests must be made within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

  • Due to safety and hygiene standards, we do not accept returns on opened or used items, including consumable supplements — unless they arrived damaged or defective.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return:

  1. Email us at 📧 returns@zenithfuel.com with your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for return.

  2. Once your request is approved, we’ll provide you with detailed return instructions and the return address.

  3. Carefully package and ship the item back to us. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a damaged, incorrect, or defective product.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund:

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit card provider.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to our error.


Non-Returnable Items

We are unable to accept returns on the following:

  • Opened or partially used supplements

  • Products not in their original condition or packaging

  • Gift cards or promotional items

  • Clearance or final sale items
